Defiance, AZ 2009 The Window Rock Teacher Housing Phase 1 project consisted of one- and two-story residential buildings. The two-story building contains four 2-bedroom units. The single story residences are 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom homes. A total of one 2-story, two 2-bedroom single-story, and one 3-bedroom single-story units totaled 11,056 SF at a construction cost of $1,540,477.
