Confined Space Training Facility & Metal Building Infrastructure
Albuquerque, NM
2011
This project involved the development of infrastructure for two new structures: a pre-fabricated metal building, provided and erected by the owner, and the construction of a confined space training tower, also supplied by the owner. Additionally, a series of ten cargo containers were stacked in pairs, five containers high, and supported by a concrete pier and slab foundation. The metal building serves as a dedicated training facility for cadets specializing in confined space operations. The scope of work included site grading, drainage, foundation preparation, and the installation of underground conduits to accommodate future utility connections.
