Corley's Albuquerque Lincoln and Volvo is undergoing a comprehensive renovation and expansion to enhance both the customer experience and dealership operations. The project includes renovations to the existing Lincoln and Volvo showrooms, updated office spaces, a modernized exterior façade, and a new building addition featuring expanded Lincoln service facilities.
Construction is being completed in three phases to allow the dealership to remain operational throughout the project:
Phase 1: Renovation of the Volvo showroom and service drop-off area.
Phase 2: Construction of a new Lincoln service drop-off, expanded service facilities, and additional Lincoln office space.
Phase 3: Renovation of the Lincoln showroom.
Current Status: Construction Administration for Phase 1 is underway.
