Branson Hall Library Renovation

Las Cruces, NM

1995

Under the previous firm of ASA Architects, Vigil & Associates’ president/principal Ray Vigil worked with NMSU on this project. Plans were designed for a renovation of Branson Hall for health and safety issues as well as for accommodating a continuously growing student and staff population by the creation of better spaces for staff to work and addressing student study areas. The work was structured into three phases of construction. The finished renovation featured firewalls on the second and third floors, the expansion of several balconies, a refreshed lobby with improved light fixtures and carpeting, and updated elevators.
