The 42,642-square-foot Tularosa Intermediate School, completed in 2002 under the previous firm of ASA Architects, includes 23 classrooms, a computer lab, multipurpose room, media center and administrative spaces. The project features community-based classroom wings and well-lit open spaces, and was built economically under budget.

Vigil & Associates also provided programming and schematic design services for a new 74,900-square-foot Tularosa High School, which will begin construction in 2008. When completed, the building will replace the existing 33,000-square-foot Tularosa High School building.
